Requests and date picks
Bookings, change requests and comments sent from the shared calendar. Only you (root) can see these. Accepting a request only marks it; add the event yourself if needed.
Requests are switched off. Shared calendars are view-only and the request form is hidden. Turn it back on with the switch at the top of the Calendar tab.
Series
Programmes made of several sessions. Each session keeps its own numbers, report and feedback; the series tells the story and adds them up.
Event Measurement Framework
Thresholds are set before an event runs. Enter actual signups and attendees once known: the verdict, show-up rate and escalation update instantly for everyone.

One profile per partner organisation. Each partner holds one contract per event you run together, so returning partners keep their history in one place.
Workspace
Your own tasks and notes, linked to events. Only you can see this
Speakers
Applications from the public Call for Speakers page. Only root and editors can see them.
Forms
Forms for anything: sign-ups, surveys, volunteers. Anyone with a form's link can answer it; only you can see the answers. Event feedback forms stay in each event's report.
Registrations
Event pages people register on, like Luma: pictures, place, places left, your own questions. Each guest gets a ticket with a QR code; at the door you check them in by scanning it or by name.
Team Access
Root manages people, events and thresholds. Editors enter actuals, write reports and manage partners, but can't create or delete events, change thresholds, or manage access. KLO members see Overview, Events, Calendar and Reports for all events, but can only change KLO events (numbers, reports, photos, videos, feedback). Partners is read-only for them. Ambassador lead and Online events lead see every event on the Calendar, but add and edit only their own team's events (Ambassador or Online) and see only those reports, feedback and photos. No Partners or Series. Viewers see what editors see, read-only.
What each member does in the app: the tabs they open, what they click and open, the field they're typing in (never what they type), and when they step away. Now shows where they are at this moment. Your own use isn't recorded, and Workspace pages stay private.

They get an email with a join link. Opening it proves they own the address, they choose a name and password, and they're in with the role you picked. If the email doesn't arrive, use Copy message and send it on WhatsApp.
